Estimates
Estimates are free, carry no obligation and are done at your property. You are never charged for asking.
Booking
Once you approve the estimate, we put the job on the schedule.
Cancelling or rescheduling
- To cancel or move a job, call or text us as early as you can.
- If weather or safety makes a job impossible, we reschedule at no charge.
Payment
You approve the final price on site before work starts, and payment is due when the job is finished. If the job changes while we are there, we stop and re-quote before continuing.
Refunds
- If we cannot perform a job you have prepaid for, we refund the prepayment in full.
- If a job is stopped part way, you are charged only for the work actually done and any costs already incurred.
If something was missed
If something on the agreed list was missed, call or text us. Items that were not on the agreed list are quoted separately.
Problems
Call or text (208) 972-4642 as soon as you can after the job. We get back to you as soon as we can and, where something is our fault, we fix it. Anything we cannot resolve is handled under the disputes section of our Terms of Service.
